What this site is
Undiagnosed No More (UNOM) is a research prototype built by Amir Asiaee and Kaveh Aryan for the HHS/NIH TOPx Tech Sprint, Invisible Illness track. It shows patterns in health records and in a person's own answers that a clinician may want to review for Long COVID, ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, Lyme disease, and lupus.
Not a diagnosis or medical advice
UNOM is research decision support shown on synthetic patients, and it is not a diagnosis. It does not treat or give medical advice, and it is not a medical device reviewed by the US Food and Drug Administration. A score or a pattern is a reason to look more closely, not a conclusion. Decisions about care belong to patients and their clinicians. In an emergency, call 911.
Synthetic patients
Every patient record and every set of answers shown on this site was made up for the demonstration. Do not upload real patient records to the demonstration pages. The clinician view connects only to the health record systems that launch it.
Models and numbers
The models were fitted from aggregate counts released by the NIH All of Us Research Program under its data dissemination rules. They were evaluated on past records from that program, not in clinical use. The Research page links the papers that describe how each number was made.
No warranty
The site, the models, and the code are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, and may change or stop working without notice. The authors are not liable for decisions made using them.
Third-party material
Questionnaires, criteria, data sets, and fonts from other people keep their own terms. The Rights and attributions page lists them.
